My own journey into languages transformed me from a Spanish-only speaker into a polyglot proficient in Portuguese, Italian, English, and Mandarin Chinese. This firsthand experience, culminating in my participation in the prestigious Chinese Bridge competition (the “Olympics” of Mandarin proficiency), taught me the most efficient paths to true fluency.
